The Description
Our ‘Fleet’ is a premium calf Leather classic semi-brogue shoe, featuring Goodyear welted construction with rubber soles that provide a high level of comfort, shape retention and added durability. Fleet uses the ‘Capital’ last shape, and is available in an ‘f’ fitting. These mens shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering and made in our high-grade factory in England.
Please note, these shoes come with a complementary pair of protective cloth bags valued at £5.00.
The Last
Capital
One of our most versatile shoe lasts, Capital is used for several of our 1880 styles from formal shoes such as our ‘Aldwych’ toe cap Oxford to boots such as ‘Pimlico’ and ‘Hyde’. It is a medium width last with a slight chisel shape to the toe and runs true to size. Capital has been a popular choice with our customers since its introduction, currently nine styles are made on this last.
The Collection
1880 Classic
A collection of classic styles crafted from high-quality, calf leathers and featuring the famous Goodyear Welted construction. Reflecting the traditional heritage of Loake dating back to 1880, many of our hand-finished, luxurious styles in this collection have become icons in their own right.
All 1880 Classic styles are made in our Northamptonshire factory, located in the heart of England.
